Chef Notes for February...
 

   One of the things that I love about Romance Month is that I am not tied into any ethnic or regional boundaries when it comes to the dishes that I feature. This often leaves me with a menu that has some old favorites, along with several new items that we unveil. It is always one of the highlights of the month when we narrow our ideas down , pop open some wines, and give our thoughts on our favorite dishes and the drinks we feel best compliment them!
